Privacy policy
Last updated: March 12, 2026
At Xoryvo we see privacy as an honest conversation with every person who visits the site. This document explains, in plain language, which data we process, for what purpose and how you can exercise your rights under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and, where applicable, other international frameworks.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Xoryvo, with address at Av. Corrientes 880, 11th Floor, Office B, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina (CUIT 30-71785402-4). For inquiries write to hola@xoryvo.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to share with us: name, email and message in the contact form. We also record basic technical data (device type, language, page views) when you enable analytics cookies.
3. Purposes
We use your data to reply to your inquiry, improve educational content and, if authorized, measure communication campaigns. We do not sell or exchange your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent and our legitimate interest in keeping the site operational and secure. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months from the last exchange. Aggregated analytics data is stored, without identifying you personally, for periods defined by each provider (Google).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to object to its processing. To exercise them, write to hola@xoryvo.com stating your request.
7. Supervisory authority
The supervisory authority in Argentina is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP). If you consider your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with that body.
8. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect technical or regulatory changes. We will always publish the current version at this URL, stating the date of the last update.
